Ⅰ. Privacy Policy

The "Korea Association of Machinery Industry" (www.digitaltwin.kr), the hosting of "Digital Transformation Fair 2021", has the following measures to protect users' privacy and rights and to deal with their grievances related to personal information. The Promotion Association will announce the personal information processing policy through website announcements (or individual announcements).
This policy will take effect from January 1, 2021.

1. Purpose of processing personal information

The Promotion Association processes personal information for the following purposes: Personal information processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and we will seek prior consent if the purpose of use is changed.
Register and manage homepage membership
Personal information is processed for the purpose of identifying and verifying membership, maintaining and managing membership, preventing fraud, collecting personal information of children under 14 years of age, checking consent of legal representatives, handling complaints, and preserving records.
Handling civil service affairs
Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of the civil petitioner, verifying the civil petitioner, contacting and notifying the facts, and notifying the results of the processing.
Deliver goods or services
Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing services, sending bills, providing contents, providing customized services, authentication, age certification, payment and settlement of charges, collecting bonds, etc.
Use in marketing and advertising
Personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services (products), providing customized services, providing events and advertising opportunities, providing and advertising services based on demographic characteristics, validating services, identifying access frequency, or statistics on members' use of services.

3. Processing and retention period of personal information

The Promotion Association shall process and hold personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under the Act or the period of use of personal information agreed to collect personal information from the information entity. The Promotion Association retains information on the website until membership withdrawal. However, if there is no usage history for more than a year under the Information and Communication Network Act, it is considered a human account and stored separately. In particular, for members who have not been on the homepage for more than a year, we notify the customer three months before the expected date.

4. Matters concerning the provision of personal information to third parties;

The Promotion Association may provide personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of information subjects and special provisions of the Act.

5. Consignment of personal information processing

Under Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Promotion Association stipulates in documents such as contracts and documents that prohibit the processing of personal information other than the purpose of entrustment, restrictions on re-entrustment, supervision, and compensation. 6. The rights and obligations of the information subject and legal representatives and the users of the method of exercise may exercise the following rights as personal information subjects:

The information entity may exercise its right to access, correct, delete, and request suspension of processing of personal information to the Promotion Association at any time.
The promotion of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted in writing, e-mail, and FAX pursuant to Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the promotion association will take action without delay.
The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted through an agent, such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person delegated. In such cases, a power of attorney in attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act shall be submitted.
The right of the information subject may be restricted pursuant to Articles 35 (5) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act. A request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target under other statutes.
The Promotion Association verifies whether the person who made the request, such as a request for access, a request for correction or deletion, and a request for suspension of processing, is himself/herself or a legitimate representative.

7. Destruction of personal information

In principle, if the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, the Promotion Association shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay. The procedures, deadlines, and methods for destruction are as follows:

8. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices;

To provide individual customized services, the Promotion Association uses 'cookie' which stores usage information and frequently brings it up.

The information authority may contact the personal information protection manager and the department in charge of all personal information protection inquiries, complaints, and damage relief caused by using the services of the Promotion Association. The Promotion Association will respond and process inquiries from information subjects without delay.

10. Changing the Privacy Policy

The personal information processing policy shall be applied from the effective date, and if there is an addition, deletion, or correction of changes according to laws and regulations, it will be notified seven days before the change is implemented.

11. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information

Pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Promotion Association takes technical, management and physical measures necessary to ensure safety as follows:
Conduct regular self-audit
In order to secure stability related to personal information handling, we conduct our own audit regularly (once a quarter).
Minimize and train personal information handling personnel;
We are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating employees who handle personal information and limiting them to those in charge.
Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan;
Internal management plans are established and implemented for safe handling of personal information.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and related procedures of the members and promotion associations in connection with the Digital Twin Virtual Exhibition Hall of Digital Transformation Fair 2021, operated by The "Korea Association of Machinery Industry".
Article 2 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
The Promotion Association may revise these terms and conditions from time to time, and when it intends to amend them, it shall inform the members of the amendment in at least one of the following ways:
A) Email notification

B) Written notification

C) Posted in the Digital Twin Virtual Exhibition Hall (www.digitaltwin.kr) of Digital Transformation Fair 2021

When the Promotion Association informs the members of the amendment to these terms and conditions by means of e-mail notification or written notification, it shall notify the member of the latest e-mail address or address provided to the Promotion Association.
The terms and conditions amended pursuant to the provisions of this section are, in principle, valid from the date of its effectiveness.
The method of notification and the effectiveness of notification in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis to the individual or overall notification prescribed by each clause of this Agreement.

Article 3 (Exhibition Homepage)

The Promotion Association operates the exhibition website to provide efficient exhibition services to members, and the terms and conditions prescribe matters necessary for members to use various exhibition-related services provided on the exhibition website.
Members who can use the exhibition homepage include exhibition participants and exhibition visitors (biers).
The Promotion Association may restrict some services to visitors (biers) members who are not members of the participating companies.
The Promotion Association does not prohibit or violate the customs of the relevant laws and conditions in connection with the operation of the exhibition website, and does its best to provide goods and services in a continuous and stable manner as prescribed by these terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Contents and Changes of Homepage Services)

The promotion association performs the following tasks through the exhibition website:
A) Providing various information related to the exhibition

B) Signing an exhibition participation contract and registering exhibition products

C) Observation and reception of exhibition

D) Other duties determined by the Promotion Association;

The Promotion Association may change the details of the service to be provided in accordance with the contract concluded in the future if there is a change in the details and technical specifications of the service related to the sale of the exhibition service through the exhibition website. In addition, if the damage is caused to the member concerned and the damage was caused by the intention or negligence of the Promotion Association, the Promotion Association shall be responsible for compensation.
If you want to change the contents of the service to be provided under the contract signed by the Promotion Association in the future, the details of the changed service and the date of the service will be announced 7 days before the date of delivery. However, if it is difficult to announce the details of the change in detail, the purpose and reason why the change cannot be announced are announced 7 days in advance at the place where the current service is posted.

Article 5 (Discontinuation of Homepage Services)

The Promotion Association may temporarily suspend the provision of homepage services in the event of an inspection, repair, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities, such as computers. When the Promotion Association intends to suspend the website service due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, it notifies the members of the website service suspension by sending an e-mail or posting it on the exhibition website.
If the website service is suspended due to intentional or negligence of the Promotion Association, or the system is disabled and the member suffers losses, the Promotion Association will usually compensate for the damage to the extent expected.

Article 6 (Member ID and Password)

A member who intends to use the website service shall register his/her password on the exhibition website as prescribed by the Promotion Association.
The responsibility for managing the member ID and password is on the member himself, so the member shall not inform or use his ID and password to any third party.
When a member finds out that his ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall immediately notify the Promotion Association and follow the guidance of the Promotion Association.

Article 7 (Use of exhibition services by participating enterprise members)

Participating company members can use exhibition-related services through the exhibition website according to separate procedures determined by the next promotion association.
The Promotion Association shall not send commercial e-mail for profit unless the members want it, and shall not engage in unfair marking or advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Markings and Advertisements.
Participating company members must comply with separate exhibition participation regulations when using exhibition services.

Article 8 (Duties of Members)

The member shall not engage in any of the following acts related to the use of the website service:
A) Writing false information in various application activities or modification activities related to the use of the website service;

B) Any act of damaging various information posted on the exhibition service website by unauthorized modification or deletion;

C) Sending or posting information other than information permitted by the Promotion Association (computer programs, advertisements, etc.);

D) An act that violates intellectual property rights (copyright, etc.) of the Promotion Association and other third parties;

E) An act that damages the reputation of the Promotion Association and other third parties or interferes with their duties;

F) Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent information (message, video, voice, etc.) and other information that violates public order and good customs on the website of the exhibition service;

Article 9 (Responsibilities of the Web Site Connection and Promotion Council)

The Promotion Association shall not be responsible for any transactions between the members and the website when the website of the exhibition service and other websites are linked in various ways, including text, pictures and fairy tales.

Article 10 (Restriction on the attribution and use of copyrights)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights of the works prepared by the Promotion Association shall be attributed to the Promotion Association. However, the copyright of the posting posted by the member in the website service shall be attributed to the author of the posting. The members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast information obtained using the exhibition service website without the consent of the Promotion Association, nor shall they be used for profit or for third parties. Posts posted by members in the service may be exposed to services, related promotions, search results, and may be partially modified, reproduced, edited, or posted in the same or different areas of the service to the extent necessary for such exposure. At this time, the Promotion Association complies with the copyright law regulations, and the members can take measures such as deleting and disclosing the posts at any time through the in-service management function at the customer center or the website. If a member's post contains information that violates the relevant statutes, such as the "Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection" and the Copyright Act, the Promotion Association may request the member to suspend or delete the post.

Article 11 (Resolution of disputes related to the use of website services)

The Promotion Association handles complaints and opinions submitted by members regarding the use of the website service as quickly as possible. However, if it is difficult to expedite the process, we will promptly notify the members of the reason and processing schedule. When a member files an application for damage relief in connection with a dispute between the Promotion Association and its members, the Promotion Association may follow the mediation of the Fair Trade Commission or the City/Do Governor. Terms and Conditions of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and related procedures of members and associations in connection with the exhibition services provided by The "Korea Association of Machinery Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "member") to participate in the exhibition.

Article 2 (Define)

The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member in accordance with the procedures determined by the Promotion Association and has the authority to use exhibition-related services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. The term "exhibition member service" (hereinafter referred to as "member service") means all services related to exhibitions provided by the Promotion Association to members.

Article 3 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions) These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and when intending to amend them, the Promotion Association shall inform the members of the amended terms and conditions in at least one of the following ways: However, if the terms and conditions are changed urgently due to the amendment of the Act, it is immediately posted and notified to the users according to the method determined by the Financial Services Commission and other supervisory agencies. Any member who has an objection to the amendment of this Agreement may withdraw from the membership. However, the members who have not withdrawn their membership within 30 days of the notice of the Promotion Committee, as prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (2) of this Article, shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions. The method of notification and the effectiveness of notification in this section shall apply mutatis mutandis to the individual or overall notification prescribed by each clause of this Agreement.

Article 4 (Membership and member information change)

A card service user who wants to join as a member agrees to the "Agreement on Collection and Use of Personal Information" separate from the terms and conditions on the exhibition website and applies for membership.
